What Do All These Dues Pay For?
When you join Phoenix REALTORS®, you gain membership with us on the local level, as well as memberships with Arizona Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. With these memberships, you benefit from the work of The REALTOR® Party, a powerful alliance of REALTORS® and REALTOR® associations working to protect private property rights and promote homeownership. The REALTOR® Party speaks with one voice to advance candidates that build strong communities and develop a vibrant business environment. The REALTOR® Party works with local and state governments across the United States, as well as Congress.
In addition, you get Member Benefits on all three levels. We at Phoenix REALTORS® provide many FREE benefits to continue delivering value and serve as the leading resource and advocate for our members' success.
How Much are Dues?
Dues amounts are set in November of each year for the following year's dues. Some amounts are prorated monthly based on membership type and time of joining. The most current dues and fees schedules can always be found on our Applications and Fees page.

Who Gets Billed Which Dues?
Members are billed based on the type of membership they hold. Below is a table of what each membership type is billed. | |

NonTax Deduction Information
The following tax deduction information applies to you only if you are paying dues to Arizona REALTORS® and/or the National Association of REALTORS®
Nondeductible Portion of Arizona REALTORS® and NAR Dues
Compliance with the Tax Reform Act of 1993 requires that the portion of dues attributable to lobbying and political activities at the State and Federal levels of government be considered nondeductible for income tax purposes. This nondeductible portion must be disclosed to members on their dues invoice each year.
2025 Dues
Arizona REALTORS®: The 2025 Arizona REALTORS® dues have been approved at $175.00 per member. The nondeductible portion of the 2025 dues is $0 pursuant to the IRS lobbying expense formula and $175.00 will be deductible for member income tax purposes.
NAR: For 2025, with dues at $156 per member, NAR computes 35 percent or $55 to be nondeductible for the member's income tax purposes due to NAR lobbying efforts. Please note that the entire $45 Consumer Advertising Campaign special assessment qualifies as fully deductible.
