We proudly partner with Desert Sage Seminars to provide FREE CE classes. You can sign up for Zoom Livestream CE classes through the website calendar, or you can browse the online anytime classes on Desert Sage Seminars' website, and enter your MLS ID as a discount code in your Shopping Cart to get classes FREE.
Free MarketStats Tools
Six in-depth, interactive market statistics tools using ARMLS data are provided to members at no cost to them. Phoenix REALTORS® provides in-depth market statistics reports based on ARMLS data that includes primarily the Phoenix-metro area and some surrounding communities in Arizona.
• FastStats includes five reports in PDF format that are easy to read and share. These reports are available to the public.
• InfoSparks (login required to access) includes dynamic, always-current market information in customizable, shareable formats. You can also create reports branded with your own business information. These reports are available exclusively to Phoenix REALTORS® members.
Listing Media Services
Listing Media Services offers Phoenix REALTORS® members an easy, fast and reliable way to book and receive quality real estate photography and rich media. The benefit includes professional photography shoots, high-resolution floorplans and virtual tours.
Rayse: Show Your Value
Phoenix REALTORS® is proud to announce a partnership with Rayse, a new platform that takes the detailed & nuanced work of a real estate agent and makes it visible & quantifiable to their clients. Rayse has helped over 150 real estate brokers in the last 45 days adapt to the recent NAR Settlement changes by combatting commission pressure.

Free REALTOR® Store Deliveries
Debuted in 2021 was our Phoenix InFlight program. This same-day delivery service travelled more than 1,600 miles throughout the Valley bringing our members lockboxes, sign riders and everything in between from our store. This service is complimentary. You can select delivery service when you purchase items through the store.
Free Meeting Space Reservations
Spaces in the Phoenix REALTORS® office are offered to our members to reserve at no cost. The spaces include access to free WiFi, a TV screen for presentations, Chromecast and Apple TV. The spaces available for reservation are below. Hold your next meeting in one of these free rooms by reserving today.
• Executive suites (2 available) are offices with a 3-person max capacity
• Board Room (1 available) is a conference room with a 12-person capacity
REALTOR® Store Discount Member Pricing
Being a good partner means that we offer the products in our store at basically our cost. The only mark-up we apply to products is if the vendor charges us for shipping. Even then our retail prices are the lowest in Valley. We saved our members more than $10,000 this year by focusing on their needs and not on profit. Member savings are noted when you make purchases through the store.
Member Café
We had hundreds of members come and enjoy the café. This is another complimentary benefit available to all members. We offer coffee, tea, espresso, and several options for cold refreshments. Our snack bar continues to evolve as members make requests for their favorites to be in stock.
