About Jon Mark

Jon Mark Estes is an Arizona native, active REALTOR®, and small-business owner who believes the next generation of real estate professionals deserves a strong voice in shaping the future of our industry.

Building his business during one of the fastest-changing periods in real estate has given Jon Mark a firsthand perspective on the challenges REALTORS® face today. He brings an entrepreneurial mindset, a willingness to challenge the way things have always been done, and a commitment to ensuring Phoenix REALTORS® continues providing meaningful value to its members.

Jon Mark believes strong leadership requires both the experience of those who have built our industry and the perspective of those who will carry it forward.

As a Director, he hopes to bring a fresh perspective to the table, strengthen the value Phoenix REALTORS® provides its members, and help ensure our association is prepared for what comes next.

About Eric

Eric Fox , an Arizona native chose a career in real estate over 26 years ago. He is committed to giving back to the industry by helping agents succeed through practical education, thoughtful leadership, and informed advocacy.

Eric listens, considers all perspectives, filters it through his experience, and follows through on his decisions. He believes in transparency and accountability always “showing his work” by clearly explaining how and why decisions are made. Eric has faithfully served on AAR's board of directors for the past two years and looks forward to helping PAR in any way he can. 

EVETTE GUTIERREZ

About Evette

Born and raised in Phoenix, Evette has deep roots in the community and has been a licensed real estate professional for 17 years.

During 10 of those years, Evette also worked in Arizona state government while maintaining a career in real estate. That experience provided a unique perspective on public service and the value of working collaboratively with people from different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view.

Today, Evette specializes in real estate throughout the Phoenix area and has seen firsthand how much the city and the real estate industry have changed. As Phoenix continues to grow and become more diverse, Evette believes it is important that the REALTOR® community reflects the people and communities it serves and that different voices have a place at the table.

As a candidate for the Phoenix REALTORS® Board of Directors, Evette hopes to bring the perspective of an experienced, working REALTOR® while listening to the ideas and concerns of fellow members. She believes that collaboration, open communication, and a diversity of perspectives make our association and our profession stronger.

For Evette, serving on the board is an opportunity to give back, work alongside fellow REALTORS®, and help ensure our association continues to be a strong and inclusive voice for its members and the Phoenix community.

Saro Hagobian is a Phoenix-area realtor with Barrett Real Estate, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Valley. With more than 20 years of experience building and managing businesses, Saro brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a relationship-first approach to real estate.

Active in both the local business and realtor communities, Saro believes in collaboration, education, and ensuring realtors have a strong voice in the issues that impact their businesses and clients. He is proud to call the Valley home and is committed to strengthening the profession and the community it serves.

Josh Marquez is a Designated Broker and real estate educator with more than 20 years of experience in Arizona real estate. His focus is on helping REALTORS® remain competitive as technology, AI, consumer expectations, and our industry continue to evolve.

Josh believes strong leadership means protecting professionalism while embracing responsible innovation and practical solutions that help members succeed. As a Phoenix REALTORS® Director, he would bring a broker and educator’s perspective focused on preparing our association and its members not only for today’s market, but for what comes next.

About John

With 28 years in the real estate industry, John Schloz brings the perspective of someone who has experienced our business from multiple sides, as a producing agent, PHX Association Leadership Academy Graduate and HomeSmart Branch Manager.

John is running for the Phoenix REALTORS® Board to bring an experienced, agent focused voice to the table and one that asks a simple question when decisions are being made: "How does this help our members become more successful?"

His goal is to help ensure Phoenix REALTORS® remains a strong advocate for its members, our profession, private property rights and the communities we serve.
