What is Non-member MLS Access?
We have updated what was previously our MLS Only option to adapt to the new ways brokers may want to do business.
Brokers are able to offer their agents the opportunity to access both the MLS and MLS-related professional tools.
Please note: Your real estate license MUST be with the correct entity in ADRE before you can access these forms.
Contact your broker to verify that your license has been moved, as only your broker can do this for you.

Who can use the Phoenix REALTORS® x Jointly forms?
Agents with Non-member MLS Access through Phoenix REALTORS® can use our legal forms in Jointly. Your real estate license MUST be with the correct entity in ADRE before you can access these forms. Contact your broker to verify that your license has been moved, as only your broker can do this for you.
I’m already a Non-member MLS Access subscriber with Phoenix REALTORS®. How do I sign up for Jointly?
You can sign up for Jointly directly by clicking this sign up link. You’ll be asked to verify your license number and contact details before your account is created. Alternatively, you will be able to find a sign-up link in your Welcome Email from Phoenix REALTORS®.

Yes! Arizona agents can partake in a limited time trial to access and use these forms on Jointly.
How does the forms trial period work?
When you sign up for Jointly as an Arizona REALTOR®, you'll have standard access to AAR forms, as well as limited time access to our Phoenix REALTORS® forms. After January 31st, 2027, if you want to keep your Phoenix REALTORS® forms access, you can do so by subscribing to their Non-member MLS Access program.
Are these forms legitimate?
Yes. These forms have been developed in partnership with Arizona lawyers and are verified for legal use in the state of Arizona.
