COVID-19 Reopening Plan & Procedure

Phoenix REALTORS® is committed to the safety of our members, our team and the community. Reopening: Phase 1 for our facilities is underway, and the plan is in accordance with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We will email the details for the next phase separately as it approaches.

Phase 1: Open by Appointment Only
In effect as of June 1, 2020

  • The office is open to members by appointment only Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointment time slots will be limited to four per hour.
  • Members are still encouraged to use online services whenever possible. Please make appointments to visit the office only when necessary.
  • There will be NO live CE classes held through the end of June 2020 (extended as needed). As always, members get FREE online CE: CLICK HERE.



Do I Need to Visit the Office in Person?

In-person office visits are not needed for most services. You will need an in-person appointment for:

  • Store or other purchase pickup (completed ORDER FORM and payment info must be provided in advance)
  • Replace a defective XpressKEY (we do not provide Supra eKEY tech support in the office. If you need tech support for Supra products, please call 480-921-7777.)

Rest Assured: Our Sanitization Process & Safety Guidelines
In order to maintain the safety of our members and our team, we are adhering to the following guidelines, in accordance with CDC recommendations:

  • All common surfaces, workstations and common-area furniture are sanitized at least three times daily and once between every member appointment.
  • During appointments in the office, members must remain in a designated area in the office lobby. Face coverings are encouraged. Our team is required to wear masks when members are present in the office.
  • All order pickups will be contactless. Instructions provided upon purchase.
  • Common areas such as the Member Café and Community Tables will remain closed until further notice. Snacks and coffee will NOT be available to members.
  • iPads will NOT be available for member use at this time. All membership applications and forms MUST be completed online. | APPS & FEES
