CODE OF ETHICS

Current Cycle
January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024

NEED TO TAKE IT

If you need to take your Code of Ethics, there are a couple ways to complete it for FREE!

  • Online Anytime Class through Desert Sage Seminars (FREE for Phoenix REALTORS® members in Active status only)
Sign up as a New Student or Log in to your account and use your MLS ID before going to the checkout to get classes FREE.

ALREADY TOOK IT

If you've completed your Code of Ethics within the current cycle, you will need to email your completion certificate to the Phoenix REALTORS® Member Experience Team so we can mark you as compliant.

*NOTE* Some classes cover Commissioner's Standards CE credits AND Code of Ethics, but Commissioner's Standards alone does not satisfy the requirement. Your completion certificate must specifically say that the course satisfies the NAR Code of Ethics requirement.
