Here's what you need to do:

- Continue to the class dates list at the bottom to select the classes you'd like to sponsor.
- Submit your selections, and we'll be in touch shortly to confirm.
Here's what you get:
Each is a Zoom Livestream class held in partnership with Desert Sage Seminars.
- 100 capacity in each Zoom class
- Each sponsor is allotted 3 minutes to speak prior to the start of class.
- Each sponsor will receive the registration list and Excel roster of attendees including names, email addresses and phone numbers.
Agreement to Sponsorship Guidelines and Responsibilities
Guidelines
All guidelines are enforced at the discretion of Phoenix REALTORS® staff.
- Only the Affiliate with an active membership with Phoenix REALTORS® may attend as the class sponsor/monitor.
- Sponsors for any class must provide different services from one another (ex: mortgage, title, staging, etc.). An alternate class date may be suggested if a sponsor providing the same service is already confirmed for your chosen date.
- Each class sponsor is allotted two (2) minutes to speak prior to the start of class. Please log on early to be prepared.
Responsibilities
Each sponsor agrees to the following responsibilities per class:
- Sponsors must serve as monitors for Zoom classes, per new ADRE rules. Any class over 25-50 can have 1 monitor and classes over 50 attendees must have 2 monitors. The instructor will make sponsors/monitors cohosts so they can use the Zoom chat function as needed. RSVP lists will be provided to sponsors/monitors in advance.
