Fingerprinting Appointments: March 13, 2026

 
*IMPORTANT: READ THIS FIRST*
Before making an appointment, you MUST have these things completed:
1. Create an account on Arizona Department of Public Safety
2. Completed the application for a Fingerprint Clearance Card
3. Paid the application fee and received your receipt with your application number on it

HOW TO COMPLETE THESE STEPS

Once you have completed those steps, you may proceed to make your appointment below.

Appointments are 15 minutes each - please arrive 10 minutes early
Appointment Cost: 
An $18 fingerprinting service fee will be collected upon arrival for your appointment (credit or debit card only; cash and checks will not be accepted).
(This fee is not included in the AZDPS account setup fee.)
